SOPA and PIPA are bad. They could make content go away. The NDAA can make people go away. If my content is deemed to aid in Terrorism, which is so loosely defined, that criticizing the president and the war can be deemed a terrorist act, I could disappear. I know it would suck to loose Wikipedia or Reddit, but it would suck even more to loose voices of dissent.
Ron Paul doesn’t like the NDAA, he even has legislation to get rid of it, here. Will Reddit black out for the NDAA. No. Because the NDAA will only silence the voices most people don’t like hearing any way.
